I can’t thank and recommend Elevate Group Fitness enough! I’m the type of person that walks into a gym, gets freaked out by all of the machines, and walks out. I love group settings when it comes to working out. Not only are you told and shown what to do, but everyone else around you is doing the same thing – and that level of encouragement is what keeps me going and coming back!
I absolutely love how Elevate incorporates various workouts into one. The class always starts out with an inspirational quote and a little bit of yoga. I have worked out at other studios before and have always thought that jumping into an intense work out was a little too much. The inspirational quote and yoga is genius and I often find myself repeating the quote to myself when I’m ready to fall over ;)! As soon as that is over, the class jumps right into intense cardio, followed by a mixture of pilates, resistance training, barre and even MMA moves. I love it all and absolutely love when the instructors mix it up. That way, I am never bored and continue to come back! Being said, this is a full body workout leaving you sweaty, sore and coming back for more!
The studio is exceptionally clean and I love how it has so much natural light! If it’s freezing outside, it is always warm. It’s also a very “safe” studio in that you can store all of your belongings and know that it will be safe.

Jada, the owner and one of the best instructors is just the sweetest. There has never been a time that I haven’t seen her smiling. You can tell she truly loves what she does. She will listen to her clients suggestions in bettering the studio and experience, which is great! I love taking her classes and the fact that she will always come around to ensure you have the right form. She’ll also randomly pop into a different instructors work out and have fun with her students!
Blake is a beast, and I mean that in the nicest way possible. At first, I was seriously afraid of his classes. I took one and it truly kicked my booty! However, after starting to take more and more classes at Elevate, I decided to quit being such a chicken and take more of Blake’s classes. I feel as though I can keep up now (I’m getting better at the 3 minute challenge!) and find myself signing up for Blake’s classes with a smile on my face. Blake is probably the most encouraging instructor at Elevate. I absolutely love all of the things he says before, during and right as the class is ending. He truly makes all of the students keep working their hardest and reminding each and every one of them that giving up is not an option! He is always smiling! Students: don’t be afraid of his classes! You will sweat, you will feel as though you will fall over, but the results you will get are amazing!
I love taking Justin’s classes on Tuesday mornings! Although Justin seems a little bit more “chill” than the other instructors, his classes are not! I love how he incorporates a few MMA / Boxing moves into the cardio part of the class. Being that my father was a boxing champion and has always “tried” to teach me a few moves, I really like that Justin does that! I also really appreciate how he will always make you stretch after a few minutes of a workout. That really helps with the soreness the next morning (or hour)! His music mix is probably my favorite and I find myself singing along the entire time. This helps the 55 minutes go by even quicker. Also, I love how he focuses on abs a lot!
Amanda is such a sweetheart and I love taking her classes! She is so encouraging and ALWAYS walks around to fix your form – so important! I feel as though her classes are very different from the boys’ and I like that! She also focuses a lot on abs and a lot on legs. She is probably one of the only instructors that will always use the leg resistance bands, which I like.
Kristen is a very fun instructor with an amazing music mix! I have only taken a couple of her classes (because of my schedule) and hope to take more of her classes soon! Her classes are seriously so much fun! She incorporates a lot of dancing into it, which I love. However, her classes are not easy and you will still get an amazing, full body work out!
Natalie, who does a lot of client services, is so sweet and nice. She is always very welcoming! I love how she will jump into a class and workout with the rest of the students.”
