Blake Harrison, independent instructor
Blake was deemed “disabled” forever by neurologists at the age of 18 due to a horrific assault during his senior year of high school. Left for dead, Blake was told by doctors he would never again play sports, attend college, or leave the care of his parents for the remainder of his life. Defying the odds and determined to be the master of his own miracles, Blake began his long road to recovery. He began studying the power of the mind and healing arts of exercise and nutrition to rebuild his damaged body. Blake is a true testimony of the power of thought. He eventually rebuilt and reclaimed his body, went back to playing sports, and graduated from Virginia Tech at the age of 21. After college, he chased his dream of living in paradise and ventured to the beautiful islands of Hawaii where he began his yoga training. In 2008, Blake was given the opportunity to live and work in Costa Rica where he founded and created Camp Legend – a lifestyle transformation retreat helping people overcome obesity and addictions by tapping into their own “personal power” for a healthier, happier, and more passionate life. After 4 years of teaching yoga and fitness in paradise, Blake has moved to San Francisco to bring this knowledge of reclaiming and rebuilding the body at any stage of life.
“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about the future…but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.” ~ Siddhartha Gautama Buddha

Tiffany Bobb, independent instructor
Practically born wearing a pair of ballet shoes on her feet, Tiffany grew up taking dance lessons nearly every day, cultivating her zeal and passion for athleticism and physical fitness. While attending college at Temple University in Philadelphia, she was a lead dancer, assistant instructor and choreographer for several studios and theater arts schools. Tiffany also maintained a rigid schedule of dance classes each week because she never wanted to stop learning and improving. After realizing she was a bit of a “fitness fanatic” and not suited for the office world, Tiffany went on to obtain both a Certified Fitness Trainer and Specialist in Fitness Nutrition certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Combining her thorough comprehension of training techniques, exercise physiology and how the human body moves, Tiffany offers an informative and highly motivational teaching style with a lot of lively entertaining flair mixed in. Her mission is to have everyone leave her class realizing they are stronger, faster and more powerful than they think.

Amanda Crawford, independent instructor
Amanda started her life dancing at the tender age of 3. Dancing turned into a lifelong passion and she can now be seen performing in the Bay Area and beyond. Dancing soon lead her to teaching. She started teaching dance based fitness, boot camp, and strength classes. When that wasn’t enough she continued on with her love of movement. This led her to wander down the yoga path of exploring breath, movement, and life. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2007. Amanda believes that at the core of our beings we are all athletes waiting to be challenged, craving feedback, and coaching to move us to a higher level of fitness. She loves connecting with people and gently encouraging them towards progression, accomplishing and surpassing the goals they have set for themselves.
