How should I dress for classes?
Please wear comfortable workout attire. All of our classes are done without shoes. We suggest barefoot however you may also wear socks.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
We provide yoga mats and towels for each of our clients. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat to class.
How long are classes?
Each of our classes are 50-55 min in length giving you a total-body workout in just under an hour.
Where is the best place to park near the studio?
You can easily find 2 hour public parking on Faxon Avenue after the Walgreens.
How many days per week should I take class?
As with any workout routine consistency and planning are key to achieving success. We recommend a minimum of 2-3 times per week to create and maintain results.
