I absolutely love how Elevate incorporates various workouts into one. The class always starts out with an inspirational quote and a little bit of yoga. I have worked out at other studios before and have always thought that jumping into an intense work out was a little too much. The inspirational quote and yoga is genius and I often find myself repeating the quote to myself when I’m ready to fall over ;)!
As soon as that is over, the class jumps right into intense cardio, followed by a mixture of Pilates, resistance training, barre and even MMA moves. I love it all and absolutely love when the instructors mix it up. That way, I am never bored and continue to come back! Being said, this is a full body workout leaving you sweaty, sore and coming back for more!
